Naina marries Rehaan to look after Ahaan, and acts to be possessed by Ahana's ghost. Raghav presumably dies thinking Naina cheated on him and Rehaan is Ahaan's father. Rehaan attacks Raghav thinking he had kidnapped the baby. Naina and Raghav grow closer as they confess their love but part ways amid misunderstandings. Naina gives premature birth to a baby boy Ahaan. Rehaan learns that Ahana hired a surrogate so he began searching her and also told about this to Harjeet who now wants to kill Ahana's baby. Indumati wakes up from coma and mistakens Ahana's baby to be of Raghav and Naina. Ahana meets with a car accident planned by Rehaan's stepmother Harjeet, and dies after telling Naina that the baby is in danger. Veer marries Sanjana who gives birth to a daughter Veera. Without justification, Raghav divorces Naina. Raghav misunderstands that Naina has an affair and carries someone else's baby. Naina meets his wife Ahana and agrees to become a surrogate mother. Naina helps Raghav start a business in Austria. On the wedding day, he leaves after which Raghav sacrifices his love and marries Naina who feels betrayed but soon trusts him.

Raghav's grandmother Indumati fixes Naina's marriage with his cousin Veer. Naina Batra, a woman close to her family breaks up with her fiancé Amit due to her heart patient mother Asha's illness and leaves to Austria for the operation. He loves the rich and spoilt Sanjana who ignores him. In all seriousness, these 18 ghazals are among the finest by Chitra and Jagjit that you will find anywhere, it’s a must have.Set in Austria, Raghav Mehra works in his rich Indian family. Jagjit looks like a relic out of 70s on the cover. The cover of the CD is quite amusing, perhaps second only to the cover on the “Live at Royal Albert Hall” disc. The earliest records have Jagjit straining his voice in a lilting classical style and one can see this change in the later records till we finally come across the Jagjit we know so well. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the record is the progression in Jagjit’s style that is painfully obvious. This album is a must buy for any serious Jagjit & Chitra fan. This album has the appropriate title, the ghazals compiled here are among the earliest recordings available, and they are certainly Rare Gems. Jagjit & Chitra Singh Their Earliest Recordings Singers: Minoo Purshottam, Dilraj Kaur & Vinod Sehgal Lyric: Traditional Long-da-Lishkara Music: Jagjit & Chitra Singh There is technical proficiency in the instruments used, but Chitra’s voice overpowers the music. Jagjit has used rather unorthodox musical effects in this one, sounds that are natural more than anything else. The music in Chitra’s voice can leave one immobile. Lori in particular is saturated with emotion. Lyric: Harpal TiwanaThe range of Chitra’s voice is used to good effect in this song, as usual her Punjabi songs seem to be much finer than the Urdu ghazals. This track is perfect, if only for the tone with which Jagjit begins the song. Lyric: Ranjit Rana & Hakim SuffiIf there’s a song by Jagjit that touches you as profoundly within the first 5 seconds, I haven’t heard it. Of course it’s still worth buying if only for the songs from Diva bale saari raat. Only 4 of the ten tracks on this disc are sung by Jagjit (though he has set the music for all ten).
